GSK transforms patient experience through tech with adesso

GSK, UK based biopharmaceutical company, has transformed its patientcare experience by working with adesso, the global technology consultancy. GSK needed a system in place to support patients during their treatment cycle. With thousands of patients around the globe in need of regular updates, it was critical to offer a solution that is nimble-easy to execute and impactful in patients’ lives.

Working with adesso, the team developed the DREAM project, providing patients with personalised communications and reminders to improve their adherence to vaccines and medication. The new project has already been successfully rolled out to five key markets, with a further 10-15 on the way.
